The UK government is setting out policies to humiliate people and in doing so they think they will end antisocial behaviour.
“Perpetrators will be required to clean up graffiti, pick litter and wash police cars while wearing high-vis jumpsuits or vests”.
This is just spiteful and will further erode the public’s trust in the police.
